Job Summary

Crowell & Moring LLP seeks a highly qualified associate to join its Government Contracts practice group in its Washington, DC office.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience with government investigations, federal civil litigation, and/or internal corporate investigations.
• Preferred experience includes responding to government investigations under the False Claims Act, drafting and responding to written discovery in federal civil litigation, managing eDiscovery, drafting motions in federal court, scoping internal investigations, and advising on disclosure considerations, as well as familiarity with government contracts and healthcare law.
• Excellent academic and professional credentials, highly developed writing and analytical skills.
• Membership in the D.C. bar or eligibility for waiver-in.

Additional Information

Crowell & Moring LLP offers a competitive salary range of $250,000 to $320,000, along with comprehensive benefits including healthcare, vision, dental, retirement, and all-purpose leave.
