This position offers an excellent opportunity for attorneys to develop litigation skills, manage cases, and benefit from a collaborative team environment with mentorship from experienced partners. It is a hybrid role with flexible remote and in-office work.

We Seek Candidates With

• Current, active license to practice law in Texas;
• 2+ years of civil litigation experience on the defense side;
• Experience in drafting pleadings, motion practice, written discovery, depositions, and other litigation facets;
• Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills;
• Ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines;
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills;
• Proven ability to produce high-quality work;
• Proactive attitude and ownership of projects.
