The Sucato Law Group in Bayonne, New Jersey is seeking a licensed attorney to join our estate planning and administration practice. This in-person role focuses on transactional work and helping clients prepare wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents.

Responsibilities

The position is in - person and on site. Primarily transactional work.

Administering Estates and Trusts

PreparingEstate Planning documents, including, Wills, Revocable Living Trusts,Living Wills, Powers of Attorney, LLC/Business Documents, Deed Transfers.

Associate Attorney position immediately available for currently licensed attorney.

Pay range is: $85,000 - $110,000 commensurate with experience.

$1,000 bonus that vests at 3 months of employment upon successful performance review.
