Formación

• Must be a currently licensed attorney.
• Experience in estate planning and trusts preferred.
• Ability to handle transactional matters with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• The position is in-person and on-site, primarily transactional work.
• Administering Estates and Trusts.
• Preparing Estate Planning documents including Wills, Revocable Living Trusts, Living Wills, Powers of Attorney, LLC/Business Documents, Deed Transfers.
