BCG Attorney Search is seeking an Associate Attorney specializing in Family Law in Abilene, Texas. You will lead high-impact cases with full support from the firm's marketing and administrative teams.

The ideal candidate holds a valid Texas JD and bar, with at least two years of Texas Family Law litigation experience, and excels in managing a demanding docket while maintaining client-centered counsel.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas bar license for a minimum of 2 years.
• At least 2 years of dedicated Texas Family Law litigation experience.
• Ability to manage a high-impact docket under pressure.
• Experience in family law hearings and estate/guardianship proceedings.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for contested divorces, complex SAPCR cases, and protective orders.
• Represent clients in Harris County and surrounding courts.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and First-Chair trials.
• Provide compassionate, results-driven counsel to clients.
