As a vital member of the team, you will provide legal representation in cases involving child custody, divorce, and related matters. The ideal candidate should hold a Juris Doctorate, be admitted to the state bar, and have at least 2 years of experience in Family Law. The position offers a competitive salary between $90,000 and $150,000 annually, with full benefits and a bonus structure.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal representation to clients in Family Law, including child custody, divorce, child and spousal support, depositions, and other related areas.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, orders, and agreements.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations, advocating for their best interests and rights.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional client service.
• Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure the highest quality of legal services.
• Stay updated on current laws, regulations, and industry trends in Family Law to provide accurate and timely counsel.
• Participate in business development activities to expand the firm's client base and reputation in the Family Law field.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• At least 2 years of experience in Family Law, with a strong track record of handling child custody, divorce, child and spousal support, depositions, etc.
• Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
• Proven experience in drafting and negotiating legal documents.
