Qualifications

• 1–5 years of legal experience with some litigation exposure.
• Comfortable managing cases from start to finish and taking initiative.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda.
• Prepare pleadings and discovery responses.
• Participate in depositions, court appearances, and mediations.
• Draft professional correspondence and communicate with clients and opposing counsel.
• Support estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters from start to finish.
