This full‑time, in‑office position requires CA bar licensure and 3–5 years of legal experience with some litigation exposure; strong drafting and communication skills are essential.

• Strong written communication and drafting skills
• Comfortable managing cases from start to finish and taking initiative

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda
• Prepare pleadings and discovery responses
• Participate in depositions, court appearances and mediations
• Draft professional correspondence and communicate with clients and opposing counsel
• Oversee estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters from start to finish
