Job summary

Brandywine Estate and Elder Law, a boutique two-attorney firm in West Chester, PA, seeks a licensed Pennsylvania attorney to join our growing team with estate planning, probate, Orphans' Court litigation, and Medicaid planning. Hybrid work 2–3 days weekly between West Chester and Lancaster offices.

Direct client contact and courtroom exposure from day one are available. Compensation includes base salary and a productivity bonus.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience, or a completed clerkship with a county Orphans' Court judge.

Responsibilities

• Work independently and alongside experienced attorneys, paralegals, and support staff in a fast-growing estate planning, probate, Orphans' Court litigation, and Medicaid planning practice.
• Direct client contact and courtroom experience from day one.
• Hybrid schedule, 2–3 days per week, split between our West Chester and Lancaster offices.

Brandywine Estate and Elder Law, a boutique two-attorney firm focused on estate planning, probate/estate administration, Orphans' Court litigation, and Medicaid planning, seeks a licensed Pennsylvania attorney to join our growing team.

• 2–4 years of relevant experience, or a completed clerkship with a county Orphans' Court judge
