Job summary

Brandywine Estate and Elder Law, a boutique two-attorney firm, seeks a Pennsylvania-licensed attorney to join our team in a growing practice focusing on estate planning, probate, Orphans' Court litigation, and Medicaid planning. The role offers direct client contact and courtroom exposure from day one, with a hybrid schedule across West Chester and Lancaster offices.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of relevant experience or a clerkship, and must be licensed in Pennsylvania, ready to contribute

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience, or a completed clerkship with a county Orphans' Court judge.

Responsibilities

• Work independently and alongside experienced attorneys, paralegals, and support staff in a fast-growing estate planning, probate, Orphans' Court litigation, and Medicaid planning practice.
• Direct client contact and courtroom experience from day one.
• Hybrid schedule, 2–3 days per week, split between our West Chester and Lancaster offices.

Brandywine Estate and Elder Law, a boutique two-attorney firm focused on estate planning, probate/estate administration, Orphans' Court litigation, and Medicaid planning, seeks a licensed Pennsylvania attorney to join our growing team.
