Job summary

Brandywine Estate and Elder Law, a boutique two-attorney firm in Pennsylvania, seeks a licensed attorney to join our team handling estate planning, probate, Orphans' Court litigation, and Medicaid planning.

You will work independently and with our staff, engage in direct client contact, and participate in hearings as we operate a hybrid schedule across West Chester and Lancaster offices.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience, or a completed clerkship with a county Orphans' Court judge.

Responsibilities

• Work independently and alongside experienced attorneys, paralegals, and support staff in a fast-growing practice.
• Direct client contact and courtroom experience from day one.
• Hybrid schedule, 2–3 days per week, split between West Chester and Lancaster offices.

Brandywine Estate and Elder Law, a boutique two-attorney firm focused on estate planning, probate/estate administration, Orphans' Court litigation, and Medicaid planning, seeks a licensed Pennsylvania attorney to join our growing team.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania
• 2–4 years of relevant experience, or a completed clerkship with a county Orphans' Court judge

The Role

• Work independently and alongside experienced attorneys, paralegals, and support staff in a fast-growing estate planning, probate, Orphans' Court litigation, and Medicaid planning practice

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $85,000–$95,000, plus an annual productivity-based bonus
