Job summary

Brandywine Estate and Elder Law, a boutique two-attorney firm, seeks a licensed Pennsylvania attorney to join our growing team in West Chester, PA, with a satellite office in Lancaster. The role focuses on estate planning, probate, Orphans' Court litigation, and Medicaid planning.

The candidate will work independently and alongside experienced attorneys, gaining direct client contact and courtroom exposure from day one. A hybrid schedule is offered, with 2–3 days per week in both offices.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience, or a completed clerkship with a county Orphans' Court judge.

Responsibilities

• Work independently and with experienced attorneys, paralegals, and staff in estate planning, probate, Orphans' Court litigation, and Medicaid planning.
• Direct client contact and courtroom experience from day one.
• Hybrid schedule, 2–3 days per week between West Chester and Lancaster offices.
