Brandywine Estate and Elder Law seeks an Associate Attorney with a focus on Estate Planning, Probate and Elder Law to join our boutique practice in West Chester, PA, with a satellite office in Lancaster. This role offers direct client contact and courtroom experience from day one, with close mentorship toward partnership as the firm grows.

The position features a hybrid schedule (2–3 days per week between West Chester and Lancaster) and a culture that emphasizes work-life balance and long-term

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience, or a completed clerkship with a county Orphans' Court judge.

Responsibilities

• Work independently and alongside experienced attorneys, paralegals, and support staff in a fast-growing estate planning, probate, Orphans' Court litigation, and Medicaid planning practice.
• Direct client contact and courtroom experience from day one

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $85,000-$95,000, with strong potential for performance-based increases as you grow with the firm, plus an annual productivity-based bonus
