Strong candidates are smart, curious, comfortable direct client work, coachable, and eager to grow responsibilities. Massachusetts admission or prompt eligibility is required; estate planning experience is valuable but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice in Massachusetts or eligible for prompt admission.
• Strong ability to communicate with clients and explain complex topics clearly.
• Willing to take ownership and be coachable.

Responsibilities

• Work on estate planning, trusts, probate, elder law and long-term-care planning.
• Analyze legal issues, design estate plans, counsel clients, review and supervise work, lead client planning meetings.
