Job summary

Monteforte Law, P.C. in Woburn, MA is seeking an Associate Attorney focusing on estate planning and elder law. We value advisors who help clients plan, not just draft documents, and who are smart, curious, and coachable.

You'll grow into leadership of client matters, with training, mentoring, and meaningful responsibility as you advise families on taxes, trusts, and long-term care planning.

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice in Massachusetts or eligible for prompt admission.
• Enjoy working directly with clients and explaining complex topics clearly.
• Willing to take ownership and grow into greater responsibility.
• Open to coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Experience in estate planning, elder law, probate, trusts, tax, real estate, family law, litigation or related client-facing practice is valuable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work with our legal team on estate planning, trusts, probate, elder law and long-term-care planning.
• Analyze issues, design estate plans, counsel clients, review and supervise work, and take ownership of client matters.
• Lead client planning meetings and develop the ability to own a matter with sound judgment.
