NACBA is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to support a family, immigration, and estate planning practice. The role requires excellent organization, attention to detail, and strong verbal and written communication with clients in person and by phone.
The ideal candidate will manage case files, prepare documents, and collaborate with a team, with a willingness to train motivated applicants. Compensation is negotiable based on experience; bilingual abilities are preferred but not mandatory.

Requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent speaking, writing, reading comprehension skills for family law, immigration, & estate planning office. Requires direct phone and in person client contact, work directly with clients, collect and prepare documents, manage cases, prepare legal memos, prepare immigration and family law forms and documents, court attendance with clients, must work on a team, be "punctual", able to work full time.
Compensation: negotiable, depending on experience and job history, foreign language skills etc. Willing to train motivated applicants. Bilingual preferred, not mandatory.
