This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who is serious about pursuing a legal career and wants practical experience working with attorneys, legal documents, signing ceremonies, and estate planning clients.
The right candidate will be detail-oriented, comfortable communicating with clients, and able to produce clear and accurate written work. This position is well suited for a current law student, someone preparing to attend law school, or someone actively considering a long-term career in the legal profession.
Candidates must be able to work between 20 and 30 hours per week in our Clifton office.
Full-time hours may be available based on the candidate's availability and the needs of the firm.
This is an in-office position and is not a remote internship.
This is a paid internship at $20 per hour.
You will receive practical experience working inside a growing estate planning practice.
You will have the opportunity to work with attorneys, communicate directly with clients, assist with signing ceremonies, improve your legal writing and document-review skills, and learn how estate plans are developed from the initial client meeting through drafting and execution.
This role provides meaningful exposure to the legal profession and the day-to-day operations of a law firm.
