BCG Attorney Search in Los Angeles seeks a Senior Attorney specializing in Employment Litigation for a remote/hybrid role based in Los Angeles, CA. You will lead high-impact cases involving retaliation, harassment, discrimination, wage violations, protected leave, and wrongful termination.

You will develop case strategy, guide discovery, depositions, motions, mediations, and trials, while mentoring associates, paralegals, and staff.

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• 7+ years of experience in employment litigation.
• Experience serving as Lead Attorney for FEHA matters.
• Superior analytical and legal research skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to Associates, Paralegals, and Legal Assistants.
