Job summary

Zwicker & Associates, P.C. in Trevose, PA invites an Associate Attorney to join our national creditor rights practice. You will draft pleadings, manage active litigation files, advocate for clients, and collaborate with a team that emphasizes ethics, learning, and growth.

Responsibilities include filing motions, negotiating settlements, handling hearings, and maintaining compliance with procedures. A PA bar license and strong communication are required, with a willingness to travel to courtrooms

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage a large caseload.
• Eagerness to learn and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to travel to various courtrooms as required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with team members and outside parties.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, etc.
• Review litigation files to determine action.
• Advocate for clients at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Update case status in internal software.
• Analyze and process litigation inventory and reports.
• Comply with client and firm procedures.
• Prepare for hearings and negotiate settlements.
• Maintain compliance with laws and court procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
