The candidate will counsel on data privacy, cybersecurity governance, and AI considerations for global clients, across regulatory regimes.

The role requires a JD from a top-tier law school, active Bar admission, and 4-7 years of relevant experience, including enforcement

Qualifications

• Active Bar Admission in relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 4-7 years of substantive experience in cybersecurity, privacy, and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on privacy, cybersecurity, and AI regulatory issues, including governance and product development.
• Support M&A, financing, and commercial transactions through privacy and cybersecurity diligence.
• Handle data breach response, investigations, and regulatory notifications.
