Qualifications

• 4-7 years of substantive experience in cybersecurity, privacy, and data protection matters.
• Active Bar Admission in relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.
• Experience supporting deal diligence in mergers and acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on privacy, cybersecurity, and AI-related legal issues.
• Support M&A, financing, and commercial transactions through diligence.
• Handle all aspects of data breach response.
