Job summary

Mandarich Law Group, LLP, a creditor’s rights firm in Williamsville, NY, seeks an Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. You will handle matters from suit initiation through judgment, manage your own workload, and negotiate with defendants and attorneys via phone, email, and mail.

You will draft and file motions, participate in discovery, and review lawsuits to ensure accuracy for filing. Strong multi-tasking and NY bar is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed in the State of New York to practice law.
• Ability to multi-task and handle a high-volume workload.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard legal software.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review Summons and Complaints, Judgments, Settlement Agreements, Discovery and related documentation.
• Draft, review, and file litigation motions and responses.
• Communicate with consumers, employers, and attorneys to resolve matters.
• Coordinate court coverage and attach necessary documents for appearances.
• Review new and ongoing pleadings to ensure accuracy for filing.
