The role emphasizes court appearances, effective case management, and collaboration with a team to represent creditors' rights. You may travel as needed and handle multiple matters with diligence and professionalism.

Applicants must be licensed in Nevada; additional state licenses are welcomed. Strong verbal and written communication, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office, are required for a high-volume practice.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Nevada to practice law.
• Additional licensing in other states welcomed.
• Comfortable appearing in court and arriving on time using your own transportation.
• Travel may be required; reimbursements per IRS mileage rates.
• Multi-tasking and strong verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
• Microsoft Office proficiency is expected.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, appear in court within travel distance and manage appearances.
• Review and request coverage for court calls, attach necessary documents.
• Draft, review, and file mid-litigation motions as needed.
• Prepare for trials/arbitrations, including overnight stays when required.
• Communicate with consumers, employers and attorneys to resolve accounts.
