Mandarich Law Group, a leading creditor's rights firm, seeks an Associate Attorney for our Raleigh, NC office. Responsibilities include court appearances, motions, and trial preparation across several states, with travel as required.

Strong communication and multitasking are essential for a high-volume caseload. Needing NC bar admission, you will coordinate coverage, manage filings, and interact with clients, employers, and consumers to resolve matters.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina.
• Willing to travel and appear in court as needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication in a high-volume caseload.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and appear in court within travel distance; overnight travel when required.
• Coordinate court coverage requests and attach necessary documents.
• Draft and file mid-litigation motions and respond as needed.
• Prepare for trials and arbitrations, including overnight stays.
• Communicate with consumers, employers, and their attorneys to resolve accounts.
• Utilize Microsoft Office in daily work tasks.
