Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active Pennsylvania bar admission.
• Experience or coursework in creditors’ rights or related practice areas.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to provide clear legal advice and collaborate with clients and colleagues.
• Demonstrated negotiation and advocacy skills with attention to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents for creditors’ rights matters.
• Appear in court hearings and participate in litigation as needed.
• Conduct legal research and analyze case law and regulations.
• Advise clients and internal stakeholders on strategy and compliance.
• Negotiate with opposing counsel and coordinate with senior attorneys.
