The attorney will develop case strategies, draft pleadings, manage dockets, and negotiate settlements while coordinating with internal teams. Regional travel to Ohio courts is expected.

Qualifications

• Licensed Ohio attorney with the ability to practice law.
• 1–3 years of creditor's rights and civil litigation experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to leverage industry technology effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement case-level litigation strategies.
• Represent clients zealously at court proceedings.
• Manage dockets and cases with internal teams.
• Prepare pleadings and ensure seamless case management.
• Negotiate settlements and defend against counterclaims.
• Monitor and educate team members on legal changes.
