Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents to protect clients' interests.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategy and preparation.
• Collaborate with other attorneys to coordinate complex litigation.
• Stay up-to-date with laws and trends affecting creditor rights.
