Qualifications

Our esteemed organization in the mortgage industry is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Permanent Associate Attorney with a focus on Creditor Rights. This unique opportunity comes with the advantage of No Billables! The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling legal matters related to foreclosure, financial institutions, bankruptcy, and replevin. Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year

Responsibilities

• 1. Representing our organization in all legal matters related to creditor rights.
• 2. Providing legal advice and guidance on foreclosure, bankruptcy, and replevin.
• 3. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• 4. Developing and implementing strategies to safeguard the organization's legal and financial interests.
• 5. Collaborating with other attorneys and legal professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our organization.
• 6. Keeping abreast of changes in laws and regulations related to the mortgage industry and creditor rights.
