Job summary

Innovative Driven in Summit, NJ is seeking a junior-level Corporate Associate Attorney to join its boutique team. You will handle complex substantive matters with support in a sophisticated environment, with a focus on M&A, entity formation, and corporate governance.

The position is hybrid—three days onsite in Summit and two days remote—with a generous bonus structure, comprehensive benefits, and autonomy.

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice in NY and/or NJ with ability to waive into the other jurisdiction within one year.
• 2–4 years of corporate law experience focused on M&A, entity formation, and governance.
• Willingness to handle complex matters in a boutique setting.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in mergers, acquisitions, asset purchases, and equity transactions, serving as the main point of client contact.
• Collaborate with clients to prepare disclosure schedules.
• Draft and negotiate ancillary closing documents and support deal closings.
• Handle entity formation, restructurings, and ongoing corporate governance matters.
• Prepare board and shareholder consents, resolutions, and organizational documents.
• Advise clients on general corporate matters throughout the business lifecycle.

Innovative Driven is currently seeking a junior-level Corporate Associate Attorney to join the dynamic team at one of our most well-regarded boutique law firm clients!

This is an incredible opportunity to join a firm where you have the opportunity to handle complex substantive matters in a supportive and sophisticated environment. The firm is based in Summit, New Jersey and it serves sophisticated corporate and clients, nationwide.

The firm has a highly reasonable billable hour expectation, with associates typically billing 1500-1700 hours. It is a hybrid position, with three days onsite in Summit, and two days remote, each week
