BCG Attorney Search in Newark, NJ is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Associate Attorney with 7+ years of experience to join its New Jersey office. You will handle sophisticated transactional, advisory, and general corporate matters for growth‑stage and established companies across industries, including life sciences.

You will represent clients in mergers and acquisitions, governance, and contract negotiations; draft and negotiate SaaS, licensing, and distribution agreements; and assist with

• 7+ years of corporate transactional experience.
• Admitted to the New Jersey bar; New York bar is a plus.
• Strong experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and commercial contracts.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client counseling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently while working with a team.
