Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support investment banking and capital markets legal matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate engagement letters, NDAs, and transaction documents.
• Participate in committees (commitment, M&A, opinions).
• Monitor regulatory and legislative changes and requirements.
• Collaborate with internal clients on special projects.
• Manage outside counsel and outside legal expenses.
• Assist with third-party matters and ancillary litigation.
