Qualifications

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented problem-solvers with high work standards and strong communication skills.
• Experience on securities and M&A transactions.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently under limited supervision.
• Willing to work overtime as workload requires.
• Large law firm or investment bank experience preferred.
• Two to four years of experience preferred.
• Must be licensed in Minnesota.

Responsabilités

• Provide legal support to investment banking and capital markets.
• Draft, review and negotiate engagement letters, NDAs and transaction documents.
• Participate in firm committees (e.g., commitment, M&A, opinion).
• Monitor regulatory and legislative changes and requirements.
• Coordinate with internal clients on special projects.
• Manage outside counsel and outside legal expenses.
• Assist with third-party matters and ancillary litigation.
