Job summary

Rinke Noonan is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our commercial real estate and business transactional practice in Saint Cloud. You will work on sophisticated transactions, develop client relationships, and take meaningful responsibility while collaborating with experienced attorneys.

The role spans acquisitions, leasing, financing, due diligence, and closing, with opportunities to handle varied matters and progress toward partnership. Hybrid work may be offered based on experience.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree required from an accredited law school.
• Admission to, or eligibility for admission to, the Minnesota State Bar.
• Strong legal analysis, drafting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions, priorities, and deadlines.
• Practical, client-service oriented approach to legal work.

Responsibilities

• Work on commercial real estate and business transactions from planning through closing.
• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, loan documents, and related documents.
• Review title and surveys, conduct due diligence, and assist with closing matters.
• Engage in complex transactions including affordable housing and multi-source financing.
• Collaborate with partners, clients, and other professionals to manage matters.
