Frier Levitt, a national boutique law firm with offices in Pine Brook, NJ and New York City, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with 1+ years of experience for its Pine Brook, NJ office (NYC office also considered). The Associate will draft motions, draft discovery requests/responses, and prepare for depositions in federal and state courts.

Hybrid schedule offered; compensation and benefits are competitive.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in commercial litigation; health law experience preferred but not required.
• Bar admission in NJ and NY preferred, but at least one is required.
• Outstanding research and writing skills.

In the Life Sciences, Frier Levitt has represented pharmacies of all kinds and assisted with regulatory, transactional, and litigation matters. Frier Levitt attorneys are licensed in numerous states. The Firm has offices in Pine Brook, New Jersey, and New York City.

A Commercial Litigation Attorney with 1+ years' experience is sought for Frier Levitt's Pine Brook, NJ, office. We may also consider a candidate who would work in our NYC office.

The Associate Will Be Responsible For

• Drafting motions in federal and state courts
• Drafting discovery requests and responses/objections to discovery requests
• Preparing for a taking depositions

Requirements

• Admission in both NJ and NY preferred, but at least one of these bars is required
• 1+ years' experience in commercial litigation, health law experience preferred but not required
• Must have outstanding research and writing skills
• May be subject to a brief legal writing exam during final interview phase
