- Assess regulatory compliance risks in business practices and advise on mitigations
- Draft and negotiate service, purchase, management, lease, licensing, employment, operating, and shareholder agreements
- Prepare change of ownership filings and regulatory notifications for licensees
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
