Job summary

Jobot is hiring a 2-5 year Associate Commercial Litigation Attorney in Hackensack to manage disputes from inception through resolution and work directly with partners and clients on case strategy.

You will draft and argue motions, handle discovery, take depositions, and assist with trial preparation, gaining meaningful courtroom exposure in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Strong writing and research skills.
• Ability to manage matters independently.
• Estate litigation experience is a plus (will train!).
