Job summary

The Prue Law Group is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our growing team, handling a diverse civil, probate, business, and family law caseload. You will navigate the courtroom and guide clients through sensitive issues in a compassionate and strategic manner.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut State Bar in good standing
• Minimum 3 years of active legal practice
• Experience in civil and probate litigation
• Ability to manage caseload from start to finish
• Experience in hearings, depositions, mediations and trials

Responsibilities

• Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and related actions
• Appear in court and conduct hearings, depositions, mediations and trials
• Manage diverse litigation caseload from commencement to conclusion
• Guide clients through complex legal issues with competence and empathy
