Job summary

The Prue Law Group is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our growing team, handling a diverse civil, probate, business, and family law caseload. You will navigate the courtroom and guide clients through sensitive issues in a compassionate and strategic manner.

Minimum of 3 years of active practice, strong research and writing skills, and CT Bar in good standing are required. Competitive salary/benefits, PTO, licensing fee coverage, and professional development support offered.

The Prue Law Group is seeking an experienced, motivated Associate Attorney to join our growing team. You will handle a diverse litigation caseload focusing on a wide range of civil, business and probate litigation, as well as some family law. This role requires a professional who can confidently navigate the courtroom and guide clients through sensitive legal issues in a compassionate and strategic manner

Applicant must be capable of managing their caseload from commencement to conclusion. Need to be proficient in preparing pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and related actions. You will be expected to appear in court, conduct hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.

Minimum of 3 years of active legal practice with a proven track record in civil and probate litigation. Active member in good standing with the Connecticut State Bar. Should have strong courtroom presence, excellent legal research abilities, precise writing, and a willingness to work directly with clients.
