Crawford Thomas Recruiting is partnering with a litigation firm in Orange Park, FL to hire an Associate Attorney in Civil Litigation and Insurance Defense. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of experience and an active Florida Bar license, with strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.

You will handle all phases of civil litigation, including depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials, draft pleadings and briefs, develop case strategies, and collaborate with clients and experts to

Formación

Active license to practice law in Florida.
3–5+ years of legal experience.
Civil litigation and insurance defense experience preferred.
Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
Experience handling depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials preferred.

Responsabilidades

Handle all phases of civil litigation, including depositions, mediations, hearings, motion practice, and trial preparation.
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery.
Develop case strategies, evaluate claims, and manage matters through resolution.
Collaborate with clients, experts, and team members to achieve favorable outcomes.
Represent clients in complex litigation matters and maintain strong client relationships.
