Qualifications

• A Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school and admission to the New York State Bar are essential prerequisites.
• Possess 2 to 10 years of experience handling Automobile, Premises Liability, and Labor Law cases, preferably defense.
• Proficiency in drafting and arguing dispositive motions, along with the ability to perform legal research and respond to discovery requests, is crucial.
• A self-starter with strong advocacy skills.
• 2-10 years' experience handling Automobile, Premises Liability, and Labor Law cases, preferably defense, and are eager to tackle complex legal challenges.
• Taking and defending fact witness and expert depositions will also be part of your role, making attention to detail and effective communication key attributes for success in this position.
