• Manage a caseload of 75-100 files independently from intake through settlement or trial.
• Draft Complaints, Motions, responsive pleadings, discovery, mediation, arbitration, and trial packages.
• Conduct depositions and represent clients in all court proceedings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providers, adjusters, counsel, and court staff.
• Maintain PIP ledgers, EOBs, insurance records, and file PIP arbitrations/lawsuits as needed.
