Qualifications

• Licensed in California
• 4–5 years civil litigation defense experience
• Rideshare and UM/UIM defense experience preferred
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required
• State Bar of California license required

Responsibilities

• Handle court appearances, discovery, depositions, and motions.
• Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and pre-trial preparations.
• Provide updates to clients and prepare for trials.
• Report directly to a partner and manage own cases.
