You will report to a partner and may be the primary attorney on your cases, handling court appearances, discovery, depositions, motions, mediations, arbitrations, and pre-trial work, with potential trials. Leadership opportunities are likely.

Qualifications

• Licensed California attorney.
• 4–5 years of civil litigation defense experience.
• Experience in rideshare and UM/UIM defense.

Responsibilities

• Handle court appearances and updates to clients.
• Manage discovery, depositions, and motions.
• Prepare for and participate in mediations and arbitrations.
• Assist with pre-trial work and trials if needed.
• Pursue leadership opportunities within the team.
