Role Description

We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our expanding national practice. This position is based in Lawrence, Kansas, and offers a flexible four-day workweek designed to support work-life balance and long-term sustainability in legal practice. Responsibilities include preparing claims and appeals, communicating with clients and VA personnel, collaborating with colleagues on case strategy, attending legal conferences twice a year, and occasionally meeting clients out of state. A hybrid work arrangement may be available depending on prior experience in VA disability law.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school and be active members in good standing of the Bar.
