The attorney will prepare claims and appeals for veterans, communicate with clients and VA personnel, and collaborate on case strategy. Travel to conferences and occasional out-of-state client meetings are expected.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active Bar membership in good standing.
• Full conversational Spanish required for client correspondence.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.
