Job summary

Cobar in Colorado is seeking Associate Attorneys who are awaiting their July 2026 bar results or are currently Colorado licensed, with 0–5 years of experience. Salary consists of base pay plus quarterly commissions and is based on a 40–45 hour work week. This is an in-person, small-to-mid sized practice where colleagues collaborate closely.

Fast-paced, medium-sized law firm seeks candidates who are awaiting their July 2026 bar results or are currently Colorado licensed with 0-5 years experience. Associate Attorneys are provided excellent training and immediate courtroom experience in a variety of legal areas including family law, criminal, real estate, bankruptcy, personal injury, and more. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

Salary depends on experience and is comprised of a base pay with generous, quarterly commissions.
