About the Role:

Our client is seeking Junior to Midlevel Associate Attorneys (1–5 years’ experience) to join its Intellectual Property Disputes group. Ideal candidates will have large law firm experience and a technical background in electrical or computer engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience. Associates will work on complex IP disputes, collaborating with leading litigators on innovative and high-profile cases.

• Century City
• Chicago
• Seattle
• Washington, D.C.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle all phases of intellectual property disputes, including patent, trade secret, and technology-related litigation
• Draft motions, briefs, and discovery responses; manage large-scale document reviews
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
• Collaborate with clients, technical experts, and cross-office teams to deliver strategic litigation solutions

What We’re Looking For:

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic performance
• 1–5 years of experience in IP litigation, ideally within a large law firm
• Background in electrical or computer engineering, computer science, or equivalent preferred
• Admission to the bar in the jurisdiction of the office applied for (or eligibility for admission)
