This fully remote opportunity offers hands‑on litigation work, direct client interaction, experienced mentorship, and long‑term professional growth in a collaborative legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle civil litigation matters involving construction defects, real estate disputes, business litigation, and complex civil disputes.
• Represent builders, developers, and other clients in litigation proceedings.
• Take and defend depositions and manage all phases of discovery.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Prepare for and appear at court hearings and argue motions.
• Participate in mediations, settlement negotiations, and other dispute‑resolution proceedings.
• Manage cases independently while collaborating with attorneys, clients, and support staff.
• Conduct legal research and develop effective litigation strategies.

• Competitive base salary of $130,000–$180,000+, depending on experience.
