Job summary

Wharton Levin is seeking an associate attorney for our Loudoun County, VA office. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, superior writing skills, an interest in medical malpractice litigation, and an active VA bar license.

Experience of 1–4 years or a judicial clerkship is a plus, and the successful candidate will gain substantial trial exposure, appellate work, and drafting of substantive pleadings in a collaborative, friendly office environment.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia bar license required.
• 1–4 years of experience or judicial clerkship preferred.
