Responsibilities

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA‑accredited law school.
• Active bar license in California.
• 1–8 years of solid litigation experience, including case strategy, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Ability to independently manage a full caseload from discovery through trial.
• Familiarity with litigation timekeeping and billing systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Self‑motivated with strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Compensation Package

• Base salary $115,000–$160,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
• Annual billable‑hours bonus ranging from $10,000 to $17,500 for additional tiers.
• Comprehensive benefits coverage with plans available at zero employee cost (average employer contribution $700–$1,700).
• 401(k) with 100% match on first 3% and 50% match on next 4–5%.
